My run didn’t upload: is it lost?

No. Runs are stored on-device and queued; they upload automatically when you’re back online, or you can retry from pending uploads.

Check spam, then try resending from the login screen. Email accounts must be verified before you can sign in.

Distance frozen or jumpy? Grant “Always” location, disable battery optimization for Runapt, and wait for a strong signal before starting.
Tracking stops with the screen off? Allow background location and turn off aggressive battery savers.
Live Activity not showing on lock screen? Go to iOS Settings → Runapt and ensure Live Activities is enabled.
Pace looks wrong indoors? GPS needs open sky. Use a treadmill entry or a connected watch instead.

Run missing? Check the pending uploads list and retry. Runs recorded offline will upload when you reconnect.
Apple Watch workout not syncing? In iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Runapt, make sure write permissions for Workouts are enabled.
Duplicate runs? Runapt de-duplicates matching workouts; give sync a minute to reconcile sources.
Health data not showing? Re-grant health permissions in your phone’s settings and reconnect in Runapt.

Can’t log in? If you registered with email, confirm you tapped the verification link. Login is blocked until your email is verified.
Lost your 2FA device? Use a saved backup code, then regenerate codes from 2FA settings.
No notifications? Enable them in both Runapt and your phone’s system settings, and check quiet hours.
