Race Reality Check and Race Autopsy
Runapt supports your target race from the planning stage through the post-race debrief.
Tip · Pre-race: Race Reality Check
Before race day, the reality check models your goal pace against your recent training volume, longest runs, and acute-to-chronic load. It confirms whether your target is realistic or warns if a more conservative pacing strategy prevents hitting the wall.
Pro · Post-race: Race Autopsy
After logging your race finish time, the Race Autopsy conducts a deep forensic debrief: analyzing split evenness, pace decay, heart rate drift, and the impact of race-day weather (temperature, humidity, wind) relative to your training preparation.
Achievements and streaks
Your Profile tab holds a badge gallery and streak counter. Badges unlock for milestones like your first run, first 5K, total distance, and run streaks; you’ll see a celebration in the recap when you earn one.
Frequently asked
- How does Race Autopsy analyze my race?
- It correlates your split execution, heart rate stability, and weather conditions with your training history to highlight whether pacing or endurance determined your finish time.
- When should I retire my shoes?
- Most running shoes protect your joints best between 500 and 800 km. Runapt notifies you as your pair approaches its mileage threshold.
