Works with the watch you already wear

Runs from your watch land in one history. Sleep and HRV set the day’s readiness. Planned sessions go out to the watch, so you run the plan without holding the phone.

Integration questions

Do I need a watch?

No. The phone tracks the run with GPS and gives pace and interval cues. A watch is optional.

What if the same run arrives twice?

Runapt matches the start time and distance and keeps one run. Having Garmin Connect and Strava both connected is fine.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Connecting, importing runs, the Garmin watch app and the Apple Watch app are free. Sending planned workouts to Garmin Connect and Suunto is part of Pro.

What does Runapt read from my health app?

Runs, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. Nothing else. The Data vault under Privacy shows what each connected app can see, and you can disconnect at any time.

Does Runapt work with my Garmin without the watch app?

Yes. Connect Garmin Connect and runs, recovery data and planned workouts sync with Garmin’s own apps. The Runapt watch app is an extra for running the session from the wrist.
